unCrap is a free entertainment app. No real money is involved. Virtual chips have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or anything of value, inside the app or anywhere else.
This app is not a gambling product. It does not facilitate, enable, or simulate real-world wagering of any kind.
Success at this game does not predict or imply success at real-money gambling. Outcomes in unCrap have no bearing on real-world play.
Real-world casino games carry financial risk. The odds, payouts, and probabilities simulated here are educational and entertainment-focused — they are not a guide to profitable play.
unCrap is recommended for users 17 years and older. The App Store age rating reflects simulated gambling content, even though no real money is involved.
We do not knowingly collect any information from children. See Privacy below.
unCrap does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
Specifically:
· We do not require accounts, sign-ins, or any kind of registration.
· We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers.
· We do not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or third-party SDKs.
· We do not share any data with third parties — because we do not have any data to share.
· We do not display ads.
Local storage. Your bankroll, settings, and game preferences are stored only on your device, using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your phone. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
No network activity for tracking. The app does not connect to our servers — because we do not run any. We have no way to observe how, when, or where you use the app.
Children's privacy. Because we collect no data at all, we collect no data from children. The app is rated 17+ and not directed at children under 13.
